Volleyball Summer Camp 2024

Our Summer-Camp

Our summer camp is designed for all athletes interested in working with and learning from professional volleyball players. This camp is designed to prepare the player for club, high school or middle school tryouts.

In camp we will also work on plyometric exercises for improving vertical jumps, agility, strength and physical conditioning as well as focus on execution of tactics and game strategies.

Athletes will be grouped by skill level and by age to guarantee that each player will have the best experience, be challenged and improve their game.

Summer camp hours will be from 9 am to 1pm, please eat a good breakfast about an hour before arrival and bring a snack a towel and plenty of water. Get ready to take your game to the next level!

 

Advance Level from 13 to 17 Years old

Week 1  June 10 – 1 4

Week 2 July 15 – 19

Week 3 August 5 – 9

From 9:00am to 1:00pm

 

Beginner – Intermediate  11 to 14 Years old

Week 1  June 17 – 21

Week 2 July 29 – August 2

From 9:00am to 1:00pm
