JVA Training Philosophy
Teaching Volleyball Skills «a piece by piece»
As a Coach, it is a training rule to teach the adequate fundamental skills and technique continuously to correct bad habits. The purpose is to work every technique into muscle memory; «a piece by piece.» By giving enough repetitions and practice time to each volleyball technique, players learn to use the correct techniques automatically on the court.
